Who am I?

My name is Drew and I've been working with Communties of Practice in various environments for several years now. I don't pretend to be an expert, but I hope that the experiences I've been through - both the good and the bad - can be useful to others that are either part of their own Communities or those still looking to find them.

By day I am a mild mannered Senior Manager working with a team of Community of Practice Leads in Manchester, by night I am a parent of three, a husband of one, and a spectacularly average Xbox gamer.
